Account & Data Deletion
Joya
You can delete your Joya account and all associated personal data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
Open Joya → Profile → Delete my account. Your account and data are erased immediately.
By request
Email joyaliveexperience@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, subject "Account deletion". We permanently delete your data within 30 days.
Data deleted
Name, email, phone number, profile and event photos, location history, device identifiers, event participation and activity.
Data retained
Only information we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices for accounting), for the legally mandated period, then deleted.
