1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Joya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and we will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Joya after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Accounts
To access certain features of Joya, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. 3. User Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through Joya. By using our platform, you grant Joya a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will never use your content for advertising or share it without your permission. You may delete your content at any time, and we will remove it from our active systems within 30 days.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Joya to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) distribute malware, spam, or harmful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to Joya. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any planned downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joya and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Joya in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU consumers, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
